OK, so, scenario #1 is a pretty simple design. The desk and bed are pretty close, but there is a big empty space in the other part of the room.
Although this scenario offers a queen sized bed, it has no desk, meaning I would have to do homework in the dining room, and I would rather not do that.
This final design is a bit of a twist of a normal teenage room, with an actual table and chairs (I'm thinking tall?) where one could sit and talk to friends, do homework or work on a computer. It sort of creates a coffee shop atmosphere, which is kind of unique.
